Summer in Alberta’s badlands can be very hot, often reaching 30˚C. However, cool, cloudy, windy, and rainy days are possible. Bring clothing suitable for a range of conditions, including:
- Sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots (flip flop sandals not permitted on hikes)
- A wide-brimmed sun hat
- A waterproof windbreaker
- A water bottle
- Sunglasses
