Registration Confirmation

For all registered programs, a confirmation letter with complete details will be sent to you by mail, fax or e-mail.

Please check the confirmation letter and contact the Bookings Office during regular office hours (Monday-Friday between 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM) if you have any concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled program(s) or your school will be charged a $45 cancellation fee. Field trips cancelled with less than 48 hours notice due to inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, may reschedule without penalty.
