Rocks that tell stories, ancient giants, and the mysterious popcorn rock are just a few of the wonders that you will discover on this 60-minute guided hike through the badlands.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult registered in this program.
Dates and Times
Spring: May 20 – June 18: Weekends only, includes Mon. May 22, 11:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.
Summer: June 24 – August 31: Daily, 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. & 3:30 p.m.
Fall: September 1 – 30: Daily, 1:30 p.m.
$5.00 per person (ages 3 and under are free)
All applicable taxes are included in fees.
To secure your spot, advance registration is recommended.
Hike information: 1.5 km return trip along gravel path, easy trail with stairs and a few hills.
For the safety and comfort of our participants, we strongly recommend sturdy outdoor footwear (running shoes, hiking boots or hiking sandals).
Due to the hiking trail’s uneven terrain, this program is not wheelchair accessible.
In case of rain, the program is cancelled and refunds issued.
