In this fast paced, exciting video conference program, students explore Alberta’s natural heritage through geography, geology, and palaeontology. Learn about Alberta's six ecozones, the three different rock types, see real fossils through our desktop camera, and find out how the Royal Tyrrell Museum contributes to scientific knowledge of Alberta’s fossil heritage. This program specifically addresses the Alberta Grade 3: Rocks and Minerals Program of Study, and the Grade 4 Alberta: A Sense of the Land Program of Study.
