EventsAlberta Arts Days
It’s Palaeopalooza 2010! In addition to regularly scheduled public programs throughout Alberta Arts Days on September 18 and 19, the Royal Tyrrell Museum will offer free, family-friendly, art-filled activities.
On Saturday, shutterbugs can sign up for a session with the Museum’s resident photographer and learn “how to photograph a dinosaur.” Then, on Sunday, visitors of all ages can register for a hands-on workshop led by a local artist who will guide the group as they create their very own dinosaur masks.
You'll also want to participate in Alberta Unearthed: The Game, a free interactive game show focusing on specimens from our 25th anniversary exhibit. There's something for everyone!
